The developers of Hogwarts Legacy showed the gameplay and revealed some details

The developers of Hogwarts Legacy have published a new video in which they revealed some details of the expected game, as well as showed the gameplay. They demonstrated character creation and control interface, as well as showed how Hogwarts in the 19th century would look like. They did not forget about spells and duels, showing the stage of learning how to fight with wands.

The character creation phase will consist of six parts, where you can choose the physique, gender of the character, customize the hairstyle and hair color. You can also personalize the color of the eyes, add various scars on the face and choose the voice of the character. Moreover, after creating a character, you will need to choose the difficulty of the game so that each player can comfortably go through the story mode. The question remains whether it will be possible to choose the Hogwarts House of your character or it will not be possible to change it.

Also, if the player wants to change something in the appearance of his character during the game, then it will be possible to do this and some elements such as hairstyles can be changed.

In the gameplay video, we were shown the beginning of the game. Thus, we will start in the living room of our Hogwarts House, in the video this is the living room of Hufflepuff, we also showed some familiar places in Hogwarts and the atmosphere in the castle. It should be noted that at this stage everything looks very impressive. The developers noted that the game will change the cycle of day and night. They told a little and showed the game interface.

The developers claim that players will have to unravel a lot of secrets in the game, so you will need to carefully study every corner of the castle.

This time the video showed owls, because earlier for some reason they were hidden from us, and now they showed a whole owlery and birds flying around.

After that, we were shown the Dueling Club, where players can practice combat spells in battles against other students. It was mentioned that the spells will change as the character’s talents are upgraded.

Hogwarts Legacy will release on February 10, 2023 on PlayStation, Xbox and PC, and later on Nintendo Switch.
