Guide: How to get on Tsurumi Island in Genshin Impact

With the 2.2 update, a new region has appeared in Genshin Impact – Tsurumi Island. Despite the fact that update 2.3 has already been released, for some of the less active and recently arrived players, the question of how to get to the new location of Inazuma is still relevant.

I will briefly explain what needs to be done.

How to open the quest to get to Tsurumi Island

The requirements here are almost the same as for Inazuma herself, except that you need to start a local quest as well. More specifically, you are required to:

  • adventure rank – 30 or higher;
  • completed quest “Autumn Winds, Scarlet Leaves” (prologue of volume II of the Archons’ quests);
  • completed quest chain of the first chapter of the II volume of quests of the Archons “The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia”.

In addition, in order to be able to go to Tsurumi Island, you need to complete the “Seirai Stormchasers” quest. It will be added automatically after you visit the main city of the region. If at the time of the release of Inazuma you were carrying out assignments and doing research with might and main, then you probably completed this task a long time ago, or at least received it.

After completing this quest, you will automatically receive the “Through the Mists” quest. It is this that allows you to travel to a new island.

How to get to Tsurumi Island

As we mentioned above, in order to get to Tsurumi Island, you need to start the “Through the Mists” quest chain. The first quest of the series will appear in your quest journal by itself, that is, you do not need to take it from anyone.

In order for the fog that prevents you from entering a new location to disappear, it is enough to complete only the first part of the chain, that is, “A Particularly Particular Author”.

Please note that the game provides that the fog over the island will finally dissipate after you fully complete all five quests. But in fact, you can simply not turn in the completed first quest so that the fog does not return (the quest is surrendered to a character named Sumida). If you just want to enjoy the new island, and not close quests, then do not go to her.
